California Public Education Hurdles Ahead

The Channel Islands Republican Women Federated invites you to a Luncheon with guest speaker, Caroline Abate, Santa Barbara County Chair, California School Choice Foundation.  She will be addressing the issue of school choice in the State of California and the voter initiative entitled “The Education Freedom Act” that the Foundation is working to get on the ballot for the November 2022 election.

Caroline Abate is a former candidate for the school board in Goleta. Caroline is an actively working,  credentialed,  part-time school teacher with 14 years of teaching experience. As a school teacher and as a patriotic American,  she is very worried about the direction in which our country is going and  realizes this is  largely the result of what children are being taught our public schools. She joins us to talk about the curriculums in our California  Public schools, including the 1619 Project, that are so harmful to our students, their education, and the future of our country.
